Initial Consultation, including treatment.

Consultation provides a thorough assessment of your constitutional health, lifestyle and emotional landscape. Treatment follows, including a combination of Acupuncture for 24 minutes, with Cupping, Gua Sha or Moxa, and naturopathic advice where appropriate. Ear seeds are complementary.
Cupping Therapy
£50 (30 minutes)
Shorter session to help release emotional and physical tension. Cups are placed onto the skin to create suction and mobilise blood flow to the area. This treatment can alleviate the effects of stress and promote relaxation of the mind and body. Patients may see marks on the skin for a week. Tongue and pulse will be taken before treatment begins for diagnostic purpose. Clients may choose Cupping or Gua Sha for this treatment.
Cupping + Gua Sha Treatment
£65 (40 minutes) including ear seeds.
This treatment combines both modalities useful for releasing emotional stress held in the neck and shoulder or lower back. Prior to cupping, a press stroking is applied to the skin with a Gua Sha tool to invite lymphatic drainage and therapeutic ecchymosis presence in the sub cutis of that area. The invitation of nutrient rich blood, during treatment, assists to clear toxins and stagnant tension build up. The skin appears red during gua sha which may last a few days.
3 x Follow on Acupuncture treatments
£165 (50 minutes x 3 weekly sessions)
After initial consultation, we may recommend follow on offer priced at £55 per session for 50 minutes. Acupuncture treatments include Cupping, Gua Sha or Moxa, where appropriate. Ear seeds are complementary with treatment.
Ear Seed Therapy
£22 (10 minutes session)
The ears are a tiny microcosm of the body. We tap into points located on the ear to connect directly with the nervous system. This can benefit our overall mood, promoting a feel good factor and sense of calm. Beneficial for in between treatments, seeds can stay for 5 days and fine to shower in. Some would allow a longer duration with experience. Pressure seeds I use are finished with gold or silver. They look beautiful alone and in addition to ear jewelry.
Naturopathic Consultation
£165 (50 mins Bespoke Session in person/online + 40 minutes Consultation call)
Naturopathy provides the resources the body needs to function optimally based on the individual person. There is no one size fits all approach to full health. We delve to the root cause of your complaint, and treat the branches. During the consultation call we address your main concerns, review your medical history, and listen to your life experience. We get to know you holistically and can work alongside any conventional medicines or therapy. Treatment plans are achievable and can include dietary adjustment for medicinal purpose, tissue salts for cellular wellbeing, botanicals for emotional health and other holistic practices which combine traditional healing practices with modern scientific knowledge.

For those who love the benefits of a full treatment, and feeling especially sensitive to needles today. I hear you. Here we give a bespoke no needle service, using botanicals. It’s a beautiful treatment, specifically for grounding and restoring emotional balance. A consultation and ear seeds are included. More details to come.
